About Eileen

Guilty Pleasure: Skip work and have a ski day midweek.
Advice to my younger self: Don’t play it safe. Fortune favors the bold.
My leadership style is inspired by… Maya Angelou. “…People forget what you said, what you did, but they never forget how you made them feel.”
Proudest professional achievement: To be respected and considered a thought leader by incredible colleagues in my field means, to me, that I have done my business the right way.
Wish I’d known at the beginning of my career: Sports business becoming a legitimate career choice. My original dream was to work for the Cleveland Guardians (Indians), but my father convinced me that sports was not a serious career. I also wished I had known or believed that I had everything it took to work in sports and that as a woman I could do it.
Advice for young people who want to work in the sports business: Brings tons of energy, humility and the best work ethic. Talk to me when you have an idea. Jump into the gap and fill it. And call me if you need anything. I found it.
