Jan Jones has big abs in a new IG bikini picture

January Jones has a solid vintage Betty Draper style, so when she decided to go a little more Americana with her look, people had a few ideas. Well, January is back on her regularly scheduled fashion shows, and she’s a little salty about it.

“‘Toxic femininity’ you guys obviously didn’t appreciate my attempt to rename Nascar’esque so there you go,” the 44-year-old actress wears a gorgeous, pastel pink, high-waisted bikini with earrings, necklace, sunglasses, and red Perfectly matched lips (impressive!). She has fitted it all with flat abs, toned arms, and a sunny smile.

ICYMI: Jan is referring to this pic from a few weeks ago, where she’s standing in cut-outs at work with a baseball cap and holding a beer. She also showed off her powerful abs as she flashed a peace sign in front of a tractor, as she does.

Of course, January looks harmonious no matter what she’s wearing, and she’s made it clear that she works hard to stay really strong.

January said earlier appearance She doesn’t really like going to the gym. “My dad was a coach, so in my twenties and thirties, I didn’t exercise, because he was always pushing my sisters, mom and me to exercise. We would rebel and we wouldn’t. But she added that she was still active.” As kids, my two sisters were runners, and she played tennis. And we all swam. But on a regular basis, I would never have exercised.”

Despite her aversion to the gym, Jan eventually found out that she was already in Barre and Pilates classes, specifically Lagree Pilates.

“I’ve been doing it two to four times a week for the past year now, and I’ve gained weight because I’ve gained muscle,” she said of the Pilates classes. “I’m dressed up to size, but I feel like I look better naked.”

By the way, Jan said she’s really driven by group classes. “If someone next to me is strong,” she said, “I definitely want to up my game.” “I find myself looking forward to it more than I ever did for a workout.”
