Maldives Resort at Landaa Giraavaru launches All-Access
Live Stream Yoga, New Website, Instagram
ayurma Evolving 15 years of luxury innovation at Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Landaa Giraavaru – Today launches 24-hour global access to the philosophies of communication, collaboration and care with its new website and Instagram page – www.ayurma.life and ayurmamaldives.
Offering heart care to the world, AyurMa’s free online Live Stream Yoga enables anyone around the world to tune in for 30 minutes daily at 07:30 GMT for a gently invigorating class of calming island sounds and the rejuvenating beauty of the Maldives.
Additionally, private 60-minute yoga contact lessons can also be booked via the site daily, anywhere in the world. A great way to connect or reconnect with loved ones and friends, anyone who books a class can invite someone else to join for free.
The site also features a video library with free access to previous classes, a blog with Ayurvedic tips and recipes, expert insights and more, with much more customization available via private online yoga classes for individuals “plus one” with AyurMa’s yoga therapists.
The AyurMa handle on Instagram allows more connection to Landaa Giraavaru and her broader spirit of planetary well-being for those who have already visited the island – as well as those who might visit in the future.
AyurMa was founded on the premise that nothing works in isolation; AyurMa Director Dr. Arun K. Tomson explains AyurMa Director Dr. Aaron K. “We root this approach in the overarching idea of planetary well-being, which includes everything and everyone equally and includes nurturing nature – and each other – while we take care of ourselves. Through our daily yoga livestream, blog, and Instagram tips, people around the world have the opportunity to benefit from the healing energies, calming nature and experiences of AyurMa, whether or not they are able to visit us.”

A haven for people and planet, AyurMa (meaning “mother of life”) celebrates nature as the source of all well-being. Drawing on the four pillars of Planetary Wellbeing, Ayurveda, Yoga Therapy and Wellness, AyurMa’s expert team of Ayurvedic Doctors, Naturopaths and Yoga Therapists create customized treatment programs and invite guests to take care of themselves, others, the ocean and the entire planet.
AyurMa’s harmonic play between man and nature is instantly demonstrated on the new website by a specially commissioned series by Keralan Artis, Bara Bhaskaran. Rta: Mother Earth brings out the vitality of AyurMa’s show and pays tribute to the interconnectedness of the universe, the healing Mother who lines up everyone’s energies.
Planetary Well-being Experiences at AyurMa explore the joys of connection, summed up by Rahumathuge Vaguthu: a daily ritual to bless the Earth that unites guests and staff to celebrate the natural beauty of Landa. Ayurveda imparts the benefits of a 5,000-year-old ‘instruction guide’ to a natural life based on diet, herbal remedies, remedies and lifestyle modifications. Yoga centers around personalized yoga therapy recipes, designed with S-VYASA, the global leader in yoga therapy through scientific research, as well as AntiGravity, Aqua Float, and Yoga Energy Trail. Finally, wellness experiences encourage deep personal care – the first step to providing care to others and the world at large. Alignment Rituals and Gifts of Connection treatments are complemented by the support of some of the world’s best wellness experts, from on-site designers Rossano Ferretti to the resort’s only studio “Facialist to the stars” Teresa Tarmey.
AyurMa’s founding principle for Planetary Wellbeing extends far beyond the spa’s Pacific Ocean. Part of an island-wide initiative that has long been woven into every aspect of Landa’s life – from community outreach projects to pioneering state-of-the-art conservation and restoration – it encapsulates the resort’s vision for a sustainable future. Recognizing its responsibility as an industry leader, Four Seasons Landa Giraavaru partnered with EarthCheck and the NOW Force for Good Alliance in early 2020 to ensure accountability across all operations.
